The Toby Center for Family Transitions

Welcome

The Toby Center is uniquely structured to provide the separated and divorced parent with guidance and skills to successfully transition through divorce, custody and visitation.

We offer children and adults guidance for avoiding and conflict and provide programming for improving highly conflicted relationships.  Center specialists in conflict resolution provide trainings in conflict resolution, domestic abuse and cultural diversity.  Beneficiaries of our programming include therapists, educators, managers and case workers from business,  human service agencies, mental health, policymakers and other disciplines.  Toby Center programming is designed to respond to social change as trends occur.

Family Reunification is another important focus for Toby Center services and training.  We know that reunification is very stressful, and is especially compounded when international or political barriers may also be present.  Toby Center staff can help  individuals prepare for these phenomenon.

We work with individuals, family professionals and employers in improving outcomes for parents and children during the extremely difficult times when parents choose to separate and divorce.

We are dedicated to your individual needs - and rights -  to continue to parent your children in a loving and nurturing relationship.

 Thank you for visiting!

                     Be well, Mark!

We need your help.  The Toby Center needs funding to provide sliding scale fees for client services.  Please donate securely through our online donation page!   Help us keep our family mediation costs to less than half that normally charged by those in private practice (upwards of $300 per hour!).   Help us to absorb our expenses for supervised mediation ($55 per hour).

As David L. Levy, Esq., President of the Children's Rights Council says, "We don't believe that parents should pay to see their children."
